Page one of centre feature. Top shot is from the second season episode 'The Taxicab Wars'*, the inset of Hannibal is from a first season publicity shot, and the bottom shot is from the second season's feature-length / two-part "When You Comin' Back, Range Rider?".
( * - this seems to be from a rehearsal / alternative take, as during the actual episode, Face does not have a cigar as he is holding here)
Note that the series was still being broadcast on Friday evenings at this point ("...invaded the cosy world of Friday evening viewing"); the series would move to it's more familiar Saturday evening slot later in 1984.
